Yes, a €200 deposit as a card pre-authorisation (a simple hold, no actual charge). It is released 48 hours after the end of your stay, once the house has been checked.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the houses, out of respect for sensitive guests who follow.

Self check-in from 4pm thanks to a smart lock, check-out before 10am. An early check-in may be possible on request, provided the cleaning is finished — just ask us.

No, linen is not included. You can bring your own or rent it on site as an option: bed pack 160×200 for €21, bed pack 90×200 for €17, towel pack for 2 for €23 (for 3, €31), beach towel €7. A basic welcome kit (soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) awaits you in the house.

Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the displayed price. We simply ask you to leave the place tidy and to respect the house.
