They offer the same comfort, the same equipment and the same private enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours: one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Each welcomes up to three guests.
The only difference is parking. Rory's House has a private driveway where you park your car safely, within the property. Aston's House has no driveway: parking is on the free square in front of the house, or about a hundred metres away in busy periods. Otherwise — give or take a few square metres, bedding, kitchen, garden — the two stays are equivalent.

Both houses are equivalent in comfort, equipment and location. If you are driving and want to park within the property, choose Rory's House and its private driveway. Otherwise Aston's House offers exactly the same stay, with parking on the free square in front of the house.
Three guests maximum per house, in one bedroom with a 160×200 double bed and a 90×200 single bed. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request.
No, pets are not allowed in either house, and both are non-smoking.
Yes. Each house has its own private enclosed garden, not overlooked, with a terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. This is the main asset of both properties: you enjoy the island sunshine without being exposed to neighbours.
Check-in is self-service from 4 pm thanks to a smart lock: you receive your code on the day of arrival and enter whenever suits you, with no key handover appointment. Check-out is before 10 am.
