Purpose

This data is used solely to answer your enquiries and to set up and manage your bookings. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Recipients & processors

Contact emails are delivered via Resend. Bookings and payments are handled by Superhote and its payment providers. These partners act as processors within the meaning of the GDPR.

Retention period

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to process them, then archived or deleted. Booking data is kept in accordance with legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights
